What was the highlight of Fairmont The Palm
An oasis well worth a visit. Oh and they have a parrot!!
The room was absolutely amazing with stunning coastal views. We ate at the restaurant and have the most delicious breakfast. Oh and the theme nights for dinner were heavenly. Thank you to the restaurant manager, Vivek was such a great host who told us about the dishes and made great recommendations. He was also attentive towards our son’s special needs. Thank you everso much, you and your team are one of a kind!!

Fantastic really enjoyed it
Room was clean and well serviced, turn down service was nice, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a lovely selection and staff were very attentive. The hotel is spotless in all areas.
There was only one downside, when we arrived we knew we couldn't get into our room until 3pm which was fine but was told they would try to rush our room to be ready and text as soon as it was. We then waited all day to go up to the room and went back to reception at 3pm after not hearing anything prior, to then be told our room was still not ready. Staff at this point went above and beyond as they could see our disappointment after travelling 8 hours and waiting all day.
